You're a master of textures and surfaces, and this painting displays that wonderful talent beautifully.
I can feel the cellophane wrapper between my fingers and my ears can hear the crinkle of it as I unwrap the truffle. Yummmmm.....I can't wait to pop it in my mouth! The surface reflection of the truffle is masterful - subtle and amorphous, yet distinct - and serving to further point up the texture of the surface upon which the truffle rests.
In the end, it's a wonderful, wonderful painting, and now I have to go have a piece of chocolate!!!
