Lovely work. The silver wire at the top is especially nice, very delicate. I like the detail views.

Terrific balance between the abstract nature of paint and the subject. Perhaps slightly more focus on the "passage".... working towards merging/dissolving values into the negative space. It would be interesting to see a few more sensual passages of paint, too. In some senses, the work becomes contrived in its formulaic nature. Take a look at the work of both Lennart Anderson and Edwin Dickinson.

Anonymous....I went to see the painters you mentioned. I'm still processing your remarks. I responded to the other comments. Two of them I believe. By the way, I have my comments set to email me when someone leaves a comment, but it doesn't work. I have to manually search every comment to see if someone left me a post...bummer. Does anyone have any idea where I should look or whom I should contact to fix on this?
